Booking Policy

A non‑refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. It is deducted from your treatment cost on the day.

Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no‑shows will result in the booking fee being retained. Please note that creating a new appointment doesn’t cancel your old appointment. This will either need to be moved or please contact us to arrange for you.

If the clinic cancels your appointment, your booking fee will be transferred or refunded.
